Many of our loyal Bay House Restaurant guests come back again and again because they can’t get enough of our amazing menu, atmosphere and wonderful staff. And sure, we believe our staff is among the best in Antigua. But how well do you really know us?
This month we are shining the spotlight on the effervescent Leona Piggott who joined our team in August 2004 as a Waitress. Now in the position of Restaurant Shift Leader you can always count on Leona to fill in where-ever needed.

In speaking with Leona she says what she loves most about her job is being around people and getting to know them. Through the years she has built many great relationships with the guests and staff, personally and professional and she loves to laugh and make people smile.
Leona enjoys sharing the local culture of Antigua & Barbuda with our guests and on many occasions encourages them to try the local dishes, drinks and to take in the local scenes on the island.
We asked Leona about to tell us about two things we don’t know about her and this is what she shared with us:
