Lights!  Camera!  ACTION!

Bay House Restaurant & Bar and Chef Hodge made the silver screen…well not the “big big silver screen” LOL 😉 but our local silver screen ABSTV on the brand new television series Chefs of Antigua.  Hosted by Joy Farrell Chefs of Antigua features chefs, popular dishes and recipes from some of Antigua & Barbuda’s leading eateries.

Chef Hodge and Bay House Restaurant’s “Chicken Saltimbocca” and “Black Bean Tossed Salad” were the stars of October 24, 2013 episode which was aired on ABSTV.  Both dishes were recently unveiled when we launched our new dinner menu and have been quite popular with our guests.

Chicken Saltimbocca: flattened breast of chicken filled with thinly slice Parma-ham, spinach and parmesan rolled and served with butter mashed green bananas and gravy

 

Black bean tossed salad: with capsicum and red onions with a honey cumin dressing, sliced mangoes and tortilla chips

Not up to the challenge of trying to prepare these dishes yourself or you tried and it didn’t look like the photo.  No worries…Bay House Restaurant & Bar is opened everyday from 7am -11pm and Chef Hodge would be happy to prepare any of these dishes or something else from our eclectic, modern and home-style menus.  We are renowned for our superb, fresh, tasty, local and international cuisine, our friendly staff and immaculate service.  Our large open deck offers exclusive panoramic views whilst dining and also a perfect setting for cocktails, parties, weddings and receptions.  During the day enjoy the endless azure views of Dickenson Bay and at night colourful sunsets welcomes happy hour with 40% off ALL drinks from 5pm – 7pm everyday.
