Making things work right the first time is what drives our Maintenance Manager Lincoln McMaster.
Lincoln joined the team here at Trade Winds Hotel as Security Guard in 1998 and his story serves as the perfect reminder that hard work and dedication always pays off.
In his spare time he would fix the hotel’s broken irons and began taking Electrical Engineering courses after realizing that he had a passion for it.
When the opportunity arose he applied for the position of Maintenance Supervisor in 2001 and was awarded the position and in 2006 was promoted to his current position of Maintenance Manager. In 2007 he was awarded Manager of the Year.
Lincoln is very dedicated and pushes his team to always get it right the first time. In in his free time Lincoln enjoys spending time with his family and cycling.
