Upon first entering Trade Winds Hotel the path leading to reception, your room, outside your private balcony or the restaurant is lined with beautiful lush bougainvilleas, orchids, roses, hibiscus, palm trees and many other tropical plants and flowers.
Valentin Oviedo Acosta is one of the gardeners tasked with the responsiblilty for the upkeep of the hotel’s grounds.
Valentin joined Trade Winds Hotel in August 2006 and has a great passion and enthusiasm for beauty of nature. His favourite moments on the job is seeing the seedlings, vegetables and flowers bloom.
When not at Trade Winds Hotel, Valentin tends his own home garden and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
